All appointments except for memberships require a deposit to hold your appointment. If you are a Groupon Customer you are required to screenshot your voucher number to (757) 287-7357 in order to secure your appointment.
Massage and Spa Appointments
If you are late for your appointment you have the option to receive the remaining time towards your service at full price or 50% of your appointment price will be debited for the time lost and you will have to prepay for your next service. Groupon customers have the choice of having their their Groupon redeemed or paying 50% of the service price and using their Groupon at a later date.
If you are not here with in 5 mins you are considered a no show!
NO SHOWS — There is a 50% or more fee for NO SHOWS!! A no show is considered as someone who does not cancel their appointment at least 12 hours prior. Also cancellations after 24 hours prior of your appointment is a 50% fee as you are considered a no show. ** After you NO SHOW you will have to pre pay for your next service** If you have booked multiple services and do not wish to keep them all you must let us know at least 24 hours in advanced or they will be surcharged 50% for the service amount.
Do not cancel your appointment through text. You must call or use the confirmation link through your email confirmation to cancel or reschedule.
