This women's treatment gently and effectively cleanses, tones and revitalizes a woman's center, providing a myriad benefits from reduced menstrual cramps to increased fertility and more. *Comes with Herbal Tea or Spring Water Waxing Appointments If you are not here within 10 mins you are considered a no show! NO SHOWS — No shows will be charged the full amount! A no show is considered as someone who does not cancel their appointment at least 48 hours prior. ** After you NO SHOW you will have to pre pay for your next service** If you no show and are a member you get one penalty free reschedule per calendar year. If you have booked multiple services and do not wish to keep them all you must let us know at least 30 days in advanced or they will be surcharged 50% for the service amount. Cancelation Policy

Virginia Shea Belle LLC does not offer refunds on services. Each client is given one credit on cancelled or rescheduled services in a calendar year. Once that credit is used they will have to rebook a new appointment if they cancel, no call no show or need to reschedule. Example 1: Client A books a Guest Brazilian for $75 on Feb. 1st 2022 and has to cancel their appointment for any reason. They will not receive a refund however they will receive a $75 credit for the service and be able to reschedule free of charge as long as they schedule within the same calendar year of 2022. Example 2. The same client, Client A has used their one time credit to reschedule their previous appointment but now needs to reschedule a different appointment made for Sept 15th, 2022 in the amount of $140. The client will not be refunded for their $140. They have already used their one cancellation/reschedule credit for the calendar year of 2022. The $140 will not be applied to a future appointment. They will have to rebook their appointment online again. Client A has used their one cancellation/reschedule credit for the calendar year of 2022. As a result Client A has lost their $140. Client A will not have another cancellation/rescheduling credit until the new calendar year of 2023.
